Dear Beautiful Human,

This week’s newsletter is for all the essential workers out there making it possible for us to stay home and shelter in place. I am thinking of the doctors, nurses, drivers, store clerks, aids, janitors, teachers and delivery people working extra long hours and putting themselves at risk so we have what we need. Without them we simply couldn’t survive. Do you know any essential workers? Please share these simple but effective practices with them. There were made for the everyday person who may not regularly do yoga, and they can be done in regular clothes. Forward to any and all.
