Dear Beautiful Yogi,
Daylight savings time starts this weekend and spring is only a couple of weeks away! It’s time to get our bodies moving and begin the seasonal transition. This year I am offering a unique half-day event combining yoga, nature and either hiking or trail running!
On Friday, April 5th, join me and my husband Johnny at a private location (address given upon registration) in Novato for 3 practices:
- 9:00 – 10:00 am Energizing Yoga Practice to warm up, stimulate energy and focus the mind (indoors)
- 10:00 – 11:30 am Hike or Trail Run at Rush Creek Preserve
- 11:30 -12:30 pm Floor Practice with Pranayama and Meditation (indoors)
- 12:30 – 1:30 pm Group Poolside BYO Lunch
All levels are welcome. This is appropriate for the yogi who loves nature and wants to hike, or the running athlete who wants to balance the physical challenge with yoga and mindfulness practices. More details and to register here.
